By engaging Apex Windows ("we," "us") for window, door or siding services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't proceed with our services.
Services
We provide professional installation throughout Chicagoland, performed by licensed and insured professionals to local building codes and manufacturer specifications:
- Window installation and replacement
- Door installation and replacement
- Siding and exterior cladding
- Free estimates and consultations
- Warranty service and support
Estimates and contracts
- Free, no-obligation estimates, typically within 48 hours
- Written contracts listing materials, labor and timeline
- Clear pricing with no hidden fees
- Change orders must be approved in writing
Payment
- No payment for estimates or consultations
- A deposit may be required at contract signing
- Progress payments may be tied to project milestones
- Final payment is due on completion and approval
- We accept cash, check and major credit cards
- Financing is available for qualified customers
Materials and workmanship
- Quality materials from trusted manufacturers
- Installation by experienced, licensed professionals
- Permits and code compliance handled where required
- Clean-up and debris removal included
- Post-installation inspection with you
Warranties
- Manufacturer warranties on all products
- Our written workmanship warranty on installation
- Prompt response to warranty claims
- Warranty transfer available for new owners
Access and scheduling
- Reasonable access to work areas is required
- Schedule changes need 24 hours' notice
- Weather may affect the timeline
- Please move personal items and secure pets before work begins
Limitation of liability
- Liability is limited to the contract value of the work performed
- We're not responsible for pre-existing structural issues
- Weather-related delays are outside our control
Cancellations and changes
- Cancellation is allowed up to 72 hours before the start date
- Custom material orders can't be cancelled once placed
- Restocking fees may apply to cancelled orders
- Changes may affect timeline and cost
Disputes
We'll work in good faith to resolve any concern. If that fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Illinois law.
